What SUPREMES is

SUPREMES MODELS is a professional network, not an agency. It lets you start a founding profile, submit briefs and partnership requests, and apply to published opportunities. It does not represent you in negotiations and is not a party to any agreement between a model and a recruiter.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to submit a model profile. We do not accept submissions from minors. By submitting, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that it is really you in any photo or video you upload.

Founding Cast status

Founding Cast status confirms early participation only. It is never a claim of professional verification, superior talent, or guaranteed work.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or request or offer payment between members outside of what an opportunity states. We may remove any submission or profile that violates this.

Authentic media only

AI-generated or AI-heavily-edited images are not accepted anywhere on this platform. A submission containing one is rejected, and repeated attempts may result in account removal.

Opportunities and applications

Compensation, rights and conditions shown on a published opportunity are provided by the recruiter, not by SUPREMES. SUPREMES facilitates the connection and reviews applications but does not guarantee any outcome, booking, or payment.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the media you upload. By submitting it, you grant SUPREMES a limited license to display it internally and, if you opt in, publicly in the Founding Cast, for as long as your profile is active. Any usage rights granted to a recruiter for a specific opportunity are governed by the terms stated on that opportunity, not by SUPREMES.

No fee to models

Creating and maintaining a model profile is free. SUPREMES does not charge models to apply to opportunities or to appear in the Founding Cast.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove a profile that violates these terms, provides false information, or is used abusively. You can request deletion of your profile at any time from the Contact page.

No warranty and limitation of liability

SUPREMES is provided as-is, without warranty that any opportunity will lead to work. SUPREMES is not liable for the conduct of any recruiter, brand, or other member using the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, unless mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Changes

These terms will be revised as the platform grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
