Who operates this site

What we collect

When you create a founding profile, submit a brief, apply to an opportunity, or request a partnership, we collect the identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone, city, country), any media you upload (portrait, full-body image, portfolio links), and the professional information relevant to your submission (category, experience, availability, rates, project details). We do not collect more than the form you filled in asks for.

Why we use it

We use your information to review and process your submission, to contact you about opportunities or requests you opted into, and to operate the founding network. Optional categories of contact (opportunities, digital session, casting contact, launch updates) are used only if you consent to them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from your resume link. We never sell your data.

Your media and public visibility

Uploaded media is private by default, stored in a restricted, access-controlled bucket. It only becomes visible to the public if you explicitly opt in to appear in the Founding Cast and an administrator approves the display.

Security and abuse prevention

Every form submission also logs technical connection data (IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, timestamp) in a separate, restricted security record, on the basis of legitimate interest (preventing abuse, harassment and fraud, and supporting a legal complaint if needed). This record is kept even if the related submission is later deleted, and is never used for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie to remember your language preference (English or French). We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Where your data is processed

Your data is processed using third-party infrastructure providers (hosting and database services) under their own security and data-protection commitments. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards for data processed outside your country when applicable.

How long we keep it

Submissions are retained while the founding network is active, or until you request deletion. Security records described above are kept independently for as long as needed to prevent abuse, even after a submission is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to object to or restrict how it is used. You can exercise these rights at any time from the Contact page. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Minors

SUPREMES MODELS is only open to people 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a submission was made by a minor, it will be deleted.

Newsletter and updates

If you opt in to receive launch updates or relevant opportunities, you can withdraw that consent at any time from your resume link or by contacting us. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
